Terms of service
Last updated: 17 October 2026. These terms apply to every bitgeek product and to payments made through payments.bitgeek.dev. Some products have extra rules in their own section below.
1. Who we are
The products listed on payments.bitgeek.dev (for example attu.in, merged.in, cron.watch, changelog.in, dotforward.app, domainlist.co, httpeek.com) are operated by bitgeek (bitgeek.dev). Contact: hello@bitgeek.in. By using a product, or by paying for a plan, you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
You are responsible for what you publish, send or store with our products. Do not use them for:
- anything that is unlawful in India, or where you or your audience are;
- phishing, scams, fake log-in or payment pages, spam, or collecting passwords or payment details under false pretences;
- malware, attacks on other systems, or cryptocurrency mining in other people's browsers;
- child sexual abuse material (we report it to the authorities);
- infringing copyright, trademarks or other rights of other people;
- harassment, threats, hate, or invading privacy, including intimate images shared without consent;
- impersonating a person, company or government body;
- content that threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with other states, or public order, or that incites an offence; misleading information that is patently false;
- getting around our limits, rate limits, reports or blocks.
You keep the rights to your content. You give us permission to store, copy and serve it so that the product works.
3. Reports, blocking and removal
We may block or remove content, or suspend an account or workspace, without notice when we believe it breaks these terms or the law. We comply with lawful orders from a court or an authorised government agency in India, and we keep information for as long as the law requires.
4. Grievances
As an intermediary under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have a grievance contact: write to hello@bitgeek.in with the subject "Grievance". Include the URL or the content and what is wrong. We acknowledge a grievance within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days. For a complaint about content that shows a person's private area, nudity or a sexual act, or that impersonates a person in such a way, we act within 24 hours of receiving it.
5. Payments, GST and refunds
- Payments go through payments.bitgeek.dev. The price is the one shown at checkout. Prices on our pages exclude tax.
- India: prices are in INR and 18% GST is added on top. Example: a ₹99 plan costs ₹99 + GST (18%) = ₹116.82. The checkout shows the price, the GST and the total. Outside India no GST is charged; paying outside India is not open yet.
- Payment is confirmed by hand for now (UPI). A plan or purchase starts when we confirm the payment.
- No refunds once paid, including for part of a period, for unused allowances (for example bandwidth) and for prepaid recharges.
- Nothing renews or charges automatically. When a paid period ends and you have not paid the next one, the plan lapses. What happens to your data then is in the product's section.
6. Changing plans
- Upgrade (to a higher plan): you pay only for the rest of the current period, pro rata: (new price − old price) × the part of the period that is left, plus GST in India. For a move to a yearly plan, the unused part of the current period is a credit: you pay the yearly price minus that credit, and the yearly period starts when you pay. An upgrade takes effect when its payment is confirmed. No refund of the difference if you upgrade and later downgrade.
- Downgrade (to a lower plan): no charge now. It is scheduled and takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep the higher plan until then, and you buy the next period at the lower price. You can cancel a scheduled downgrade before it takes effect (not after the lower-priced period is paid).
- If you have more than the lower plan allows (for example more pages), we do not delete anything automatically. New items are blocked until you are under the limit.
- The remaining days of a period are never refunded, also when you change plans.
7. Suspension and termination
You can stop using a product at any time. We may suspend or close an account or workspace that breaks these terms, harms other users or the service, or does not pay. Paid fees are not refunded when we close an account for a breach.
8. No warranty, limitation of liability
Our products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that they are always available or free of errors, or that data is never lost: keep your own copies. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for that product in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data.
9. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. The courts at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We publish the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. For a material change we also say so on the affected product's site before it takes effect. If you continue to use a product after that, you accept the new terms.
attu.in
attu.in hosts pages (a Claude artifact, an HTML file, or on paid plans a small static site from a .zip) at public URLs. The pricing and limits are on attu.in.
- Free pages are deleted 30 days after upload. A free page can only be changed with its edit token from the IP address that published it.
- Paid plans (Personal, Team, Team yearly) are per workspace. Periods: monthly plans 31 days, Team yearly 365 days. If a paid plan lapses, its pages are paused and deleted 30 days after the plan ended. A workspace can set an allowlist of IP addresses and ranges; then requests with the workspace key, or the edit token of one of its pages, from other IPs are refused. Keep keys secret; we cannot recover a lost key.
- Bandwidth: Free 100,000 KB per page per calendar month (UTC). Paid: an allowance per subscription period for the whole workspace (Personal 1 GB, Team 10 GB a month, Team yearly 120 GB for the year). Unused allowance does not carry into the next period. More bandwidth is prepaid only: a recharge adds 10 GB (₹999 + GST in India, or the price at checkout) and expires at the end of the current period. After an upgrade, unused recharged bandwidth carries into the upgraded period. There is no post-paid billing; when the bandwidth is used up, pages show a limit page until you recharge or the next period starts.
- Changing plans: as in section 6. A same-length upgrade raises this period's bandwidth by the difference between the plans times the part of the period that is left. After a downgrade takes effect with more pages than the lower plan allows (Personal: 50), publishing new pages is blocked until you are under the limit; no pages are deleted.
- Custom domains (Team: up to 3; Enterprise on request): you are responsible for your domain and its DNS records. We may refuse or remove a domain that is used for abuse. After a plan lapses, the domain stays reserved to the workspace for 30 days.
- Reports: every page has a Report button. When more than five different people report a page, it is blocked automatically, then reviewed. The publisher can delete a blocked page but cannot unblock it.
- Privacy: we store the page files and settings; for free pages a keyed hash (HMAC) of the publishing IP, not the IP; for reports the reason, details, optional email and a keyed hash of the reporter's IP; per-IP daily counters for rate limits (deleted after 7 days). attu.in's own pages and the bar around a page use our self-hosted, cookieless Plausible analytics; it does not run inside your page. Page analytics (paid, optional, off by default) count per day: views, unique visitors (a hash of IP and browser user agent with a salt that changes daily; the salt and the day's hashes are deleted after the day), referrer host names, countries and device class, and outbound click counts (for that, a small script is added to the page's HTML while analytics are on; it records only the kind of target, such as "whatsapp", "tel", "upi", "mailto" or a website's host and first path segment, never phone numbers, UPI IDs, query strings or anything the visitor typed). No raw IPs are stored for analytics; daily totals are kept 13 months and deleted with the page. Free pages show only a total view count. No advertising, no selling of data. The only visitor cookie is the password cookie of a password-protected page, on that page's own sub-domain. A page owner may add their own scripts inside their page; they run on the page's own sub-domain and the owner is responsible for them.
- Enterprise features (SSO login, your own sub-domain, private-by-default pages, custom bandwidth, footer removal) come with the Enterprise plan on request. We set them up with you; they are not self-serve.
